What's on my desk right now...

I came up with a rough sketch late tonight and thought I would lay some colors on it. Always liked the sunlight at the crack of dawn, how it can sort of seep in through the blinds.



Also trying to create that glow that happens when an intense light passes through skin tissue, like a finger or the tip of your ears... I'm imagining this character his got some robotic parts to her that are charging, and an intense light somewhere inside her cheek creates a glow on the lower portion of her face. I'm trying to hint at parts of the skull underneath, as the light would not be able to fully penetrate those areas.
